binsandboxes.ch delivers at the moment exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

We offer the following delivery methods:

Economy

Your order in the economy rate usually takes 2-3 business days and is free of charge for orders over CHF 50. If your order is placed before 2 pm and all items are in stock, we will ship your order the same day.

Priority

A Priority delivery guarantees a delivery within the next 1-2 days for orders placed on working days before 14.00 hrs. A priority delivery costs CHF 12.

Logistics partner

The shipment will be sent by our logistics partner Swiss Post, so we can ensure that your order arrives at your home in perfect condition. If something should go wrong, please contact us immediately.

In exceptional cases, it may happen that products are no longer in stock. If we have to reorder them from the supplier, the delivery time may increase to 5-14 business days. We will then contact you directly.

We grant you a right of withdrawal on the products purchased from us. Please send us the goods within 20 days after receipt of the goods. For the observance of the time limit the date of dispatch by the customer is decisive. The exercise of the right of withdrawal does not require any justification. Please note the requirements for a return listed below.

When can an item be returned and how does it work?
The goods to be returned must be sent back to us intact and in the original packaging within 20 days. Please make sure that the labels are still attached to the goods. It is imperative that you make sure that the goods are new, unworn, unused and in their original condition. Otherwise we can not take the goods back!

In case of proper return of the goods, the item prices will be refunded. A refund of our delivery costs or the assumption of the delivery costs of the buyer is not possible.

Please indicate on the original invoice which item you are returning and give a reason if possible, so we know where we can improve and avoid unnecessary returns. Please put the original invoice in the return package. This is important so that we can assign the returned items to your order. You will receive a new invoice, even if you paid by credit card (the difference will be credited immediately).
