We grant you a right of withdrawal for products purchased from us. Please send us the goods within 20 days of receiving them. The time of dispatch by the customer is decisive for compliance with the deadline. No reasons need to be given for exercising the right of withdrawal. We offer the following delivery methods:

ECONOMY

Your order in the economy tariff usually takes 2-3 working days and costs only CHF 6.90 for orders under CHF 50. If your order is placed before 11 a.m. and all items are in stock, we will ship your order on the same day.

For orders over CHF 50, the shipping costs are waived and the ECONOMY rate is included free of charge.

PRIORITY

Priority delivery guarantees next-day delivery for orders placed before 11 a.m. on working days. A PRIORITY delivery costs CHF 12.
