A round-figured lady in a brightly blue, embroidered traditional-style dress leans back in a curved wooden chair with her eyes closed. She holds a long pipe in her hand, with bangles adding delicate accents. The cobalt blue glows intensely against the dark green background – the portrait appears serene, humorous, and full of character.
The oil painting adds a mischievous touch to a living room, a waiting area, or a home office. It harmonizes with blue, petrol, dark green, and wood in a colonial or Asian-inspired style. A blue velvet armchair or blue-and-white porcelain picks up the colors perfectly.
Hand-painted
Each picture is hand-painted with oil paints on canvas. Brushwork and paint application differ slightly from piece to piece – making every painting unique.
