ECONOMY
Your order in the economy tariff usually takes 2-3 working days and costs only CHF 6.90 for orders under CHF 50. If your order is placed before 11 a.m. and all items are in stock, we will ship your order on the same day.
For orders over CHF 50, the shipping costs are waived and the ECONOMY rate is included free of charge.
PRIORITY
Priority delivery guarantees next-day delivery for orders placed before 11 a.m. on working days. A PRIORITY delivery costs CHF 12.

Priority delivery guarantees delivery within the next 1-2 days for orders placed on working days before 11.00 am. Priority delivery costs CHF 12.
Logistics partners
The shipment is sent by our logistics partner Swiss Post so that we can ensure that your order arrives at your home in perfect condition. However, if something should go wrong, please contact us immediately.
In exceptional cases, products may no longer be in stock. If we have to reorder them from the supplier, the delivery time may increase to 5-14 working days. However, we will then usually contact you directly.

When can an item be returned and how does it work?
You must send the goods to be returned to us within 20 days, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please make sure that the labels are still attached to the goods. You must ensure that the goods are new, unworn, unused and in their original condition. Otherwise we cannot accept the goods back!
If the goods are returned properly, the item prices will be refunded. A refund of our delivery costs or the assumption of the buyer's delivery costs is not possible.
Indicate on the original invoice which item you are returning and, if possible, give a reason, so that we know where we can improve and thus avoid unnecessary returns. Please include the original invoice in the return package. This is important so that we can assign the returned items to your order. You will then receive a new invoice, even if you paid by credit card (the difference will be credited immediately).
