A plump hot-air balloon with a red, blue, and yellow checkered pattern floats in front of a soft sky that transitions from light blue to warm ochre. Cheerful children's faces crowd into the basket, turning the oil painting into a playful scene full of lightness. Clear color fields and a calm background give the hand-painted mural a cheerful, almost fairytale-like atmosphere.
In a nursery or playroom, the canvas painting adds a joyful splash of color above a bed or play area. It also looks friendly in a family hallway or in a bright, Scandinavian-style home with white furniture and wood tones. It can be harmoniously complemented with cushions or rugs in red, yellow, or blue that pick up the colors of the balloon.
Hand-painted
Each picture is painted by hand with oil paints on canvas. Brushwork and paint application vary slightly from piece to piece – making every painting a unique item.
